Welcome to the practice of Dr. Donna Tonrey and Associates. My practice is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, families, children and adolescents.
Entering therapy is a significant decision and making this decision comes from a place of strength within the individual, couple or family. I have an appreciation for this strength, and consider it an important part of the therapy process.
Donna A. Tonrey, Psy.D., LMFT, LPC
Dr. Donna Tonrey is a Pennsylvania Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Licensed Professional Counselor. She is a Clinical Fellow of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. Dr. Tonrey earned her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and Counseling, and her doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology at La Salle University.
Along with her private practice, she is the Director of the Counseling and Family Therapy Master’s Programs at La Salle University. In this role Dr. Tonrey is on Faculty and has taught and trained many students and interns to become successful mental health clinicians and contributors to the mental health field.
Elena Saraga, M.A., LMFT
Elena Saraga is a Pennsylvania Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Fellow of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor Candidate. Elena obtained a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from La Salle University earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Psychology from Ithaca College.

Clinical Supervision
Dr. Tonrey is an AAMFT Approved Clinical Supervisor, and Elena Saraga is an AAMFT Approved Clinical Supervisor Candidate. Both provide supervision for therapists and counselors seeking licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Speaking Engagements
Both Dr. Tonrey and Elena Saraga are experienced at providing engaging presentations. There are many topics that each are qualified in such as: Communication Issues; Relationship Conflict; Parenting Issues; Family Systems Issues; Effective and Healthy Coupling; Healthy Divorce; and other specialized topics that relate to their expertise.
Divorce Mediation
Dr. Donna Tonrey is trained in Divorce Mediation. This training coupled with her extensive experience of working with couples and families enhances her ability to assist divorcing couples to have an equitable divorce.
